Hello, I’m Erin! I’m an independent photographer living in Washington, DC.

I have the best best job ever. I love getting to know my clients and crafting pictures that bring out the things they like most about themselves. It’s always exciting to see how your individual style will merge with mine to create something new and beautiful.

After college I began my career as a newspaper and magazine photojournalist. I photographed everything from art shows and mountaintop vineyards to John McCain and Jesse Jackson. Later I moved on to work for a respected private studio in Greenville, SC and eventually moved to Washington, DC to start my own photography business.

If I have the pleasure to work with you on the weekend, you will most likely be meeting my awesome husband Justin, who has a (pretty popular) blog post dedicated to him here.
